The Hill Group donates eight modular homes to Harlow charity

The Hill Group has donated eight SoloHaus modular homes to the Harlow-based charity Streets2Homes to support the local homeless community. The single-occupancy homes were provided in partnership with Harlow Council through the Harlow Regeneration Partnership LLP.

These properties were developed as part of the Hill Group’s Foundation 200 initiative, a £15 million philanthropic pledge to design and manufacture 200 modular homes. Built to Future Homes Standards, the units feature a 60-year lifespan and exceed building regulations for energy efficiency and sound insulation. Each home is delivered fully furnished and equipped with essential appliances and household items.

Streets2Homes, which provides essential services and assistance with securing accommodation, will use the homes to offer safe housing to vulnerable individuals in urgent need.
