The Honest Company executives conduct stock transactions

Executives at The Honest Company have recently engaged in stock transactions. CEO Carla Vernon, Supply Chain Chief Etienne von Kunssberg, and Sales SVP Jonathan Mayle all sold shares through approved ‘Sell-to-Cover’ plans.

These transactions were conducted specifically to cover tax liabilities resulting from the vesting of previously granted Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Despite the sales, the executives received new RSU packages, which serves to maintain long-term alignment with the company. Specifically, Vernon received Performance Stock Units tied to ambitious stock price targets that must be met to avoid forfeiture.

The company reported solid operational progress in its second quarter, with revenue of $83.3 million and record margins. Consequently, management has raised its annual guidance, forecasting revenue between $319 million and $325 million for 2026.
