The Hunger Games on Stage announces new cast for 2026

Producers of the stage adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ ‘The Hunger Games’ have announced a new cast for the production’s second year at the Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre in London. The new cast is scheduled to begin performances on Friday, October 23, 2026.

Elizabeth Anderson will lead the production as Katniss Everdeen, alongside Vinnie Copeland as Peeta Mellark and Nathan Stokes as Gale Hawthorne. The cast also includes Daisy Statham as Prim, Alix Dunmore as Mrs. Everdeen, Isabel Della-Porta as Effie Trinket, Theo Ogundipe as Cinna, Neil McDermott as Haymitch Abernathy, and Daniel Brocklebank as Caesar Flickerman. John Malkovich will continue his role as President Snow on screen.

The production, adapted by Conor McPherson and directed by Matthew Dunster, follows the first book and film in the franchise. The current cast will perform their final show on Monday, October 18, 2026.
