The Macallan hosts luxury dining events in Uganda and Macau

The Macallan is hosting a series of luxury culinary events, including the third edition of the Macallan Estate Brunch at Aurous Lounge on November 8. The brunch, running from 12 PM to 7 PM, focuses on combining the brand's whisky heritage with refined gastronomy.

In another event, the “Coconut Dreams” dinner featured a menu by Chef Jan Suraja and Chef Yorick Soh. Utilizing The Macallan Harmony Collection, the dinner paired various whisky expressions—such as Amber Meadow, Litha, and Fresh Coconut—with tropical ingredients. The menu included dishes like W3 Oscietra Caviar with Macallan Emulsion, Cep Mushroom Royale, and Gambero Rosso Tom Kha.
