The Macallan launches coconut‑flavored whiskies in Harmony Collection

The Macallan unveiled the final two releases of its Harmony Collection: Inspired by Fresh Coconut and Inspired by Toasted Coconut. Both single‑malt whiskies are priced at $185. Fresh Coconut, bottled at 46.3% ABV, is sold globally through the brand’s website and the Macallan Estate Boutique, while Toasted Coconut, bottled at 43.3% ABV, is a travel‑retail exclusive available at select airports. Master whisky maker Kirsteen Campbell said the team “carefully guided coconut notes to the forefront” using a mix of sherry‑seasoned American oak and ex‑bourbon barrels. Creative Director Jaume Ferras described the Harmony Collection as a culmination of curiosity and creativity. To mark the launch, The Macallan is hosting tastings and activations at Delano Miami Beach through August 9. The releases follow earlier Harmony Collection bottlings that have featured collaborations with chefs, designers and performers.
