The Meffs release sophomore punk album ‘Business’

Essex punk duo The Meffs have released their second full-length album, titled ‘Business’, via Frontiers Label Group. The 11-song record was produced by Dan Weller and follows the band’s 2024 release, ‘What A Life’.

The album features tracks such as ‘So Modern (Keep Up)’, which aims to replicate the energy of the duo’s live performances, and the title track ‘Business’, which critiques the modern music industry and the pressures of maintaining a brand-friendly ‘authentic self’. Other songs include ‘Disorder (Wake Up)’, ‘Like Gravity’, and ‘Fight’.

The release follows a significant year for the duo, which included supporting the Sex Pistols and the Undertones, as well as performing at festivals such as Glastonbury and Download. The album also includes the track ‘God Complex’, featuring the German punk band Donots.
