The Miz reflects on WrestleMania 27 main event injury

WWE wrestler The Miz has expressed mixed emotions regarding his WrestleMania 27 main event victory against John Cena. While the match represented a career milestone where he successfully defended the WWE Championship, the event was marred by a serious injury.

During an appearance on WWE Vault, Miz recalled the excitement of headlining the event at the Georgia Dome before 65,000 spectators. However, he described the experience as uncomfortable due to a moment where he took a spear outside the ring and his head struck the concrete floor, resulting in a severe concussion. Miz noted that he has no memory of the immediate aftermath of the impact, calling the decision to take the move in that manner a “dumb move.”
