The North Face introduced the Offtrail Ultra, its first trail‑running shoe with a dual‑density DreamBound foam midsole. The nitrogen‑infused midsole combines a firmer side foam with a softer core for comfort, durability and support. The shoe features a Surface Ctrl G2 outsole with 5 mm lugs, a scrambling zone at the toe, and a bonded TPU‑overlay upper with a high‑stretch ScreeGuard gaiter to keep debris out. Weighing 9.3 oz (264 g) in a men’s size 9, it has a 29 mm stack height, 6 mm drop and retails for $190. The launch includes a high‑visibility orange/blue colorway as part of the Summit Trail Run collection.
