Theatre Group Asia (TGA) has staged the first international premiere of ‘The Notebook: The Musical’ at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati, Manila. Based on the novel by Nicholas Sparks with music and lyrics by Ingrid Michaelson, the production follows the enduring love story of Noah and Allie through various stages of life.

The musical features a multi-generational cast, including Benedix Ramos and Sheena Belarmino as the young protagonists, Laurence Mossman and Morissette as the middle-aged couple, and veteran performers Rody Vera and Celeste Legaspi as the elderly Noah and Allie. Other notable cast members include Carla Guevara Laforteza and Omar Uddin.

The production runs through September 20, 2026, with 18 performances scheduled across 12 dates. Ticket prices for the engagement range from ₱900 for ‘The Country Road’ tier to ₱5,500 for ‘The Ever After’ VIP tier.
