The Notebook musical to premiere at London's Judi Dench Theatre

The musical adaptation of Nicholas Sparks' novel, The Notebook, is scheduled to make its West End premiere in London in 2027. The production will be the first to open at the newly renamed Judi Dench Theatre, formerly known as the Shaftesbury Theatre.

Directed by Michael Greif and Schele Williams, the show features music and lyrics by Ingrid Michaelson and a book by Bekah Brunstetter. Previews are set to begin on March 10, 2027, with the official opening night on April 13, 2027. While the cast has not yet been announced, the production will be managed by Jill Green Casting.

The musical follows the enduring love story of characters Allie and Noah, based on the 1996 best-selling novel and the subsequent film adaptation.
