Bali hosts major cultural and lifestyle events including BMW Motorrad Days

Bali is hosting several major cultural and lifestyle events throughout late September 2026. In The Nusa Dua, the Bali International Fashion Week (BIFW) is running alongside BMW Motorrad Days Bali. The latter event features over 1,000 riders from 32 countries, with Pertamina Patra Niaga’s Pertamax Turbo serving as the official energy partner to support the high-performance motorcycles.

In the Mengwi district, the inaugural Jong Fest 2026 was opened by Badung Regent I Wayan Adi Arnawa. The festival, held in Kapal Village, aims to preserve local history and boost small and medium enterprises (UMKM) through local culinary and product showcases. The government has provided a 30 million IDR stimulus to support the event, with hopes to establish it as an annual tourism fixture.

Other regional activities include the Desamorfosis 2026 festival in Klaten, which showcases various village tourism potentials such as water, mountain, and historical tourism. Additionally, the Nusantara International Folklore Festival (NIFF) in Ubud is gathering over 250 performers from five countries to present traditional music and dance.
