The OLB Group granted 180-day Nasdaq compliance extension

The OLB Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: OLB) has been granted a 180-day compliance extension by Nasdaq to address its failure to meet the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement. The new deadline to regain compliance is January 25, 2027.

The extension does not immediately affect the trading of the company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market. To meet the requirement, the fintech provider may consider various options, including a reverse stock split, which would need to be completed at least ten business days before the deadline.

If the company fails to demonstrate compliance by the January 25, 2027 deadline, Nasdaq staff may initiate delisting procedures. While the company could request a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel, a timely request following a second 180-day period would not stay the suspension of trading.
