The One mansion in Los Angeles listed for sale

The Los Angeles mansion known as ‘The One’ is currently on the market, representing one of the most expensive residential properties in the world. Located in the Bel Air neighborhood, the massive estate spans approximately 100,000 to 105,000 square feet and features amenities including 20 to 21 bedrooms, up to 49 bathrooms, a nightclub, a bowling alley, a spa, and multiple swimming pools.

Developer Nile Niami, who described the project as a decade-long endeavor, recently allowed interior access via a YouTube tour. While the property was initially listed for $500 million, Niami estimates the current market value is approximately $350 million. The estate was designed by architect Paul McClean and includes luxury features such as a 30-car garage and an infinity pool with views of the Los Angeles skyline.
