The Pretty Reckless releases ‘About You’ featuring Dave Grohl and Pat Smear

The Pretty Reckless has released a bonus version of the song ‘About You’ from their fifth studio album, ‘Dear God’. The new recording features Foo Fighters members Dave Grohl and Pat Smear, with Grohl contributing drums, vocals, and guitar, while Smear provides additional guitar.

Lead singer Taylor Momsen described the collaboration as a special project involving friends, noting that the track is one of her favorites from the record. The album, produced by Momsen, Ben Phillips, and Jonathan Wyman, has seen significant commercial success, including a ninth No. 1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart for the single ‘When I Wake Up’.

The band is currently preparing for the European leg of their ‘Dear God’ tour following a period of extensive touring, which included supporting AC/DC and performing at the Grammy Museum.
