The Price is Right Live to perform in Surrey

The interactive, non-televised live version of the iconic game show, ‘The Price is Right Live’, is scheduled to perform at the Bell Performing Arts Centre in Surrey on Saturday, Oct. 3, at 8 p.m.

Longtime host Todd Newton, who was mentored by the late Bob Barker and Sande Stewart, is currently touring Canada with the production. Unlike the television broadcast, the live show does not include commercial breaks and can run between 90 minutes and two hours.

To ensure fairness, the show uses randomizing software via QR codes scanned by audience members to select contestants, rather than using pre-selected participants. This allows audience members from all sections of the theatre an equal opportunity to play classic games such as Plinko, Cliff Hangers, and The Big Wheel.
