The Private Office and Skipton Business Finance announce key appointments
The Private Office (TPO), a Leeds-based chartered independent financial adviser, has appointed Russell Tyler as its commercial director. This leadership change follows a minority investment in the firm by Goldman Sachs Alternatives in January 2026. Tyler, who previously served as a director at Hines Associates and spent 11 years at KPMG, will focus on identifying strategic M&A opportunities to drive the firm's inorganic growth.
In North Yorkshire, Skipton Business Finance (SBF), a subsidiary of Skipton Building Society, has named Nicki Hallett as head of securities. Hallett brings 25 years of experience in commercial invoice finance to the role, where she will oversee operational and risk functions.
