The Promenade Shops at Centerra to renovate ice rink

The Promenade Shops at Centerra in Loveland, Colorado, is undergoing renovations to its outdoor ice rink. The project, led by the mall's new owners who took over in 2025, aims to transform the area into a multi-purpose space that can be utilized year-round rather than just during the winter season.

The upgraded facility is expected to be completed in time for the 2026 holiday season. These improvements are part of a broader effort to spruce up the open-air mall by updating existing storefronts and attracting new shops and restaurants.
