The seventh season of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City has achieved record-breaking viewership for Bravo. The premiere reached 2.6 million total viewers during its first week when measured across Bravo, Peacock, and other platforms using live-plus-seven-day multiplatform data.

Cross-platform viewership saw a 23% increase compared to the previous season's opener, while streaming numbers on Peacock rose 44% year-over-year. This performance makes the episode the third most-watched Bravo season premiere in Peacock's history through seven days of viewing. The season has also generated over 20 million social media impressions to date.

The premiere featured an emotional focus on Mary Cosby as she mourned the death of her son, Robert Cosby Jr., with castmates providing support. Returning cast members include Lisa Barlow, Heather Gay, Meredith Marks, Whitney Rose, Angie Katsanevas, and Bronwyn Newport.
