The Roosevelt New Orleans opens Café Alice

The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, has announced the opening of Café Alice, a new all-day dining concept located in the former Teddy’s Café space in the French Quarter.

The European-style café and bar was developed in collaboration with StiR Creative Collective, Hilton’s in-house global food and beverage consultancy arm. The venue pays tribute to Alice Roosevelt, the daughter of the hotel’s namesake, President Theodore Roosevelt.

Led by Executive Chef Daniel Mills and Pastry Chef Kareena Dennis, the menu features coffee, house-made pastries, breakfast dishes, savory small plates, and cocktails. Signature drinks include the Espresso Beignet and the Alice Blue Latte, which uses spirulina to achieve a pale blue color. Café Alice joins the hotel’s existing culinary offerings, including the Sazerac Bar and Domenica.
