The Row opens first Paris store in renovated historic space

The fashion brand The Row, founded by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, has opened its first Paris location at 1 Rue du Mont Thabor.

The store is housed in a former restaurant, and the renovation preserved much of the original interior, including the walls, columns, and floors. Architectural features such as a large stone arch, exposed pipes, stained glass, and a weathered wooden pillar were also uncovered during the process.

The interior design incorporates vintage and 20th-century furniture, including 1940s Traineau chairs by Victor Courtray. Other notable elements include a Jean Prouvé metal sliding door in a fitting room and window blinds by Lilou Marquand. The space also retains a small coffee bar from its previous life as a restaurant.
