The Script to perform in Jakarta on April 3, 2027

Irish pop-rock band The Script has announced a concert in Jakarta as part of their ‘Man in the Arena Tour 2027’. The performance is scheduled for Saturday, April 3, 2027, at the Indonesia Arena within the Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) complex.

This concert marks the band’s fifth visit to Indonesia and will serve as the conclusion of their global tour. The tour is themed after their new single, ‘Man in the Arena’, from the album ‘The User’s Guide to Being Human’. Lead singer Danny O’Donoghue noted that the title track was inspired by a speech by Theodore Roosevelt, focusing on the value of those who actively engage in challenges rather than those who merely criticize.

Promoted by Color Asia Live, the event aims to feature a large-scale arena production with modern staging and international standard sound systems. Ticket presales are set to begin on August 21, 2026, with prices starting from Rp650,000.
