The Spectrum Retreat: Redux announced for Nintendo Switch 2

Ripstone has announced that The Spectrum Retreat: Redux will be released for the Nintendo Switch 2 on October 29, 2026, according to a Nintendo eShop listing.

A rebuilt version of the original first-person puzzle thriller created by Dan Smith, the Redux edition features enhanced graphics, rebuilt lighting and reflections, and HDR support. The Nintendo Switch 2 version will also include technical improvements such as HD Rumble 2, mouse controls, and enhanced 5.1 surround sound.

Players take on the role of Alex, a guest at the unsettling art-deco Penrose Hotel, using color-swapping mechanics to solve logic and spatial puzzles while uncovering the secrets of the facility.
