The Super Mario Galaxy Movie announces home media release dates

The home media release schedule for ‘The Super Mario Galaxy Movie’ has been announced. Digital downloads are set to begin early sales on August 19, followed by rental streaming services on September 16.

Physical media, including 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD formats, will be released on October 16, 2026. Various editions will be available, including standard sets and limited-edition steelbook versions. The 4K UHD and Blu-ray releases are expected to include over 60 minutes of bonus footage, featuring behind-the-scenes content and character creation stories.

This film serves as a sequel to ‘The Super Mario Bros. Movie’ and features a returning voice cast including Chris Pratt, Anya Taylor-Joy, Charlie Day, Jack Black, and Keegan-Michael Key, alongside new additions such as Donald Glover as Yoshi and Brie Larson as Rosalina.
