The Tap Room to close Youngsville location for new project

The Tap Room has announced it will close its Youngsville location at Sugar Mill Pond on August 30. The establishment, which opened in June 2023, is shuttering to allow the company to redirect its time and resources toward an undisclosed “exciting new project.”

While the Youngsville branch is closing, the company’s River Ranch location in Lafayette will remain operational. Employees from the Youngsville site are expected to transition to the Lafayette location. The company indicated that the closure is part of a broader plan to expand the brand, though specific details regarding the upcoming project have not yet been released.
