The Terror: Devil in Silver explores psychiatric hospital horror

The anthology horror series ‘The Terror’ returns with ‘Devil in Silver,’ a new volume set in a dilapidated psychiatric hospital. The narrative explores a dual sense of horror: a malevolent spirit inhabiting the bodies of patients and the systemic failures of the US mental healthcare system.

The story follows Pepper, played by Dan Stevens, who is placed in the New Hyde facility due to police negligence. He encounters various residents, including Dorry (Judith Light), a long-term resident, Kofi (Chinaza Uche), a former structural engineer from Ghana, and Loochie, a patient attempting to prove their ability to function in the real world as the hospital's supernatural threat intensifies.
