The Tiny Chef Show creators announce new stop-motion project

Creators of the stop-motion animated series ‘The Tiny Chef Show’ announced a new project at New York Comic Con. Following the cancellation of the show by Nickelodeon, the production team is moving toward independent, long-form content.

Co-creator Rachel Larsen revealed teaser footage for a new stop-motion film set in a western town. The project is inspired by the character’s real-life election as mayor of Pioneertown, California. The team aims to use the film as a pilot special to transition the character into longer formats.

Matt Hutchinson, who provides the voice for the character, remains central to the production. Despite losing corporate backing, the brand continues to maintain presence through fan engagement and various brand partnerships.
