The Traitors Australia opens casting for 2027 season

The Traitors Australia has opened applications for its fourth season, scheduled for 2027. The upcoming season will feature an entirely civilian cast, offering everyday Australians the chance to compete for a prize of up to $250,000.

Gretel Killeen will return as the host for the production, which is filmed at Claremont Manor in South Canterbury, New Zealand. The announcement follows a successful 2026 revival that saw a 69 per cent increase in average viewership compared to 2023, reaching 817,000 national viewers.

Produced for Network 10 by South Pacific Pictures, the series involves players attempting to identify secret Traitors through challenges and banishments. The most recent season was won by Kirby Bentley, who became the first Traitor to win the Australian version of the show.
