The Traitors participant Maksi announces transgender transition

Maksi, a participant from the third season of the reality show ‘The Traitors’, has announced her transgender coming out via social media. In videos shared on TikTok and Instagram, she revealed that she began hormone replacement therapy (HRT) on August 10.

Previously, during an episode of ‘The Traitors. EXTRA’ aired in April, she spoke about the complexities of her gender identity, stating that while she struggled with certain questions regarding her identity, being herself was what mattered most. In her recent announcement, she expressed a profound sense of relief and liberation, noting that starting the transition felt like shedding a weight she had carried for years.
