Vanguard and Dimensional disclose major holdings in Prologis, Inc

Major investment firms have disclosed significant holdings in Prologis, Inc. in accordance with Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code.

The Vanguard Group, Inc. reported an opening position disclosure as of August 27, 2026, revealing ownership of 128,378,163 common shares, representing a 13.51% interest in Prologis, Inc. The disclosure also noted interests related to SEGRO plc.

Dimensional Fund Advisors Ltd. filed a similar disclosure for the same period, reporting ownership of 12,038,344 common shares in Prologis, Inc., which constitutes a 1.27% interest. Dimensional also indicated disclosures in respect of SEGRO plc.
