The Vanguard Group discloses significant stake in Prologis, Inc

The Vanguard Group, Inc. has filed regulatory disclosures regarding its holdings in Prologis, Inc. and SEGRO plc.

According to filings made in late September 2026, Vanguard disclosed a significant interest in Prologis, Inc. One filing dated September 22 reported ownership of 128,403,965 common shares, representing a 13.51% stake. A subsequent filing on September 24 reported a slightly adjusted position of 128,162,976 shares, or 13.49% of the company.

The disclosures, submitted under Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code, also identified SEGRO plc as a relevant party in relation to the disclosure.
