The Vermilion Mask anime releases non-credit opening and ending videos

The anime series ‘The Vermilion Mask’ has released its non-credit opening and ending videos following its television premiere on October 10, 2026. The series is available for streaming on Crunchyroll.

The opening sequence features the song ‘Firestarter’ by the rock band MAN WITH A MISSION. The visuals depict the protagonists—Peru d’Arrest, Sonarue Maywood, and Mok Sharib—traveling the world to destroy masks created by Peru’s late master, interspersed with imagery of their traumatic pasts. MAN WITH A MISSION described the track as a powerful song intended to encourage characters burdened by a cruel fate.

The ending video features the song ‘Koe’ by the band yutori. This sequence focuses on the emotional weight, loneliness, and suffering carried by the central trio as they continue their journey together. The band noted that the theme reflects the idea of moving forward while carrying an unerasable past.
