The Voice of Bulgaria: New contestants join mentor teams

New contestants have joined the competition in ‘The Voice of Bulgaria’ following successful auditions.

Mariana Dobreva-Veleva, a singer from Burgas associated with the group ‘Silhouette’ and organizer of the Burgas Blues Fest, performed ‘Shallow’ by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. After all four coaches turned for her, she chose to join Ivan Lechev’s team, citing a shared ‘rock and roll’ connection.

Estel Peycheva, a 22-year-old singer from Sofia, impressed coach Maria Ilieva with her rendition of the song ‘Lyubov’. Peycheva, the daughter of former international gymnastics champion Rayna Tosheva, previously attempted the competition five years ago. Following her performance, Ilieva joined her on stage for a duet to demonstrate their vocal compatibility.
