The Voice Portugal returns for 15th anniversary season

The new season of ‘The Voice Portugal’ premieres on RTP1 this Sunday, October 11, marking the 15th anniversary of the talent competition in the country. Catarina Furtado returns as the host, supported by Maria Petronilho as the digital reporter.

This season introduces several changes to the judging panel. For the first time, brothers Mickael and David Carreira will act as a duo of mentors sharing a single chair. The two artists must reach a consensus to press the button and will jointly manage their team. While Mickael is a veteran mentor, this marks David Carreira’s debut in the role.

The full panel of judges also includes Sónia Tavares, Fernando Daniel, and Cláudia Pascoal. Pascoal, a former semi-finalist on the show, transitions from contestant to mentor for the first time this season.
