The Walking Dead: Dead City announces season 3 Spain schedule and teases season 4 plot
The third season of AMC+’s The Walking Dead: Dead City will run for eight episodes in Spain, debuting on July 27 and concluding on September 14. Episodes air weekly on AMC+ and feature returning leads Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and Maggie (Lauren Cohan) as they try to unite Manhattan’s survivors. Executive producer Scott M. Gimple and showrunner Seth Hoffman oversee the season.
A preview of season 4 reveals the opening episode “Trillium,” in which a power vacuum pits Negan and Maggie against new foes Renata and Luis. The long‑time antagonist the Croat, Mile Jurkovic, triggers a massive methane‑tank explosion that draws a zombie swarm and injures himself, setting up further conflict for the protagonists.
