The Witches of Eastwick to air on Super RTL

The 1987 horror-comedy classic “The Witches of Eastwick,” directed by George Miller, is scheduled to broadcast on Super RTL on Thursday, October 22, at 8:15 PM.

The film features a star-studded cast including Jack Nicholson, Cher, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Susan Sarandon. The plot follows three single women in a sleepy village who successfully summon a mysterious man, Daryl Van Horne, played by Nicholson, through a ritual. While he charms the trio, the women soon find it difficult to rid themselves of the entity they have called forth.

Although the film was a box office success in the United States, critical reception was mixed, with some reviewers noting a loss of the female perspective from the original literary source material.
