The Witch's Bakery is a cozy narrative adventure RPG set in modern Paris. Players take on the role of Lunne, a witch who operates a bakery and possesses the magical ability to see into people's hearts to heal their emotions.

The gameplay is divided into three distinct phases: daytime work in the bakery, evening exploration of various Parisian districts to build relationships and discover secrets, and nighttime periods for resting, improving magic, and decorating the bakery.

A central mechanic involves entering a character's ‘Heart Palace’—a magical space representing their thoughts and emotions—to guide personified emotions back to a ‘Heart’s Cradle’. This process allows Lunne to discover specific ingredients needed to bake bread that can heal the customer's emotional struggles.
