Theater productions debut in Chile and Spain

The musical “Chicago” is returning to the Teatro Municipal de Las Condes in Chile from September 30 to October 18. Produced by IG&A Inda Goycoolea & Asociados and directed by Eduardo Yedro, the production features a cast including Constanza Mackenna, Antonia Bosman, and Eyal Meyer, accompanied by a 14-piece orchestra.

In Spain, the La Fundición theater in Bilbao is launching its 40th season. The season opens with the monologue “Solo quería bailar” by Olalla Hernández, a tragicomedy based on Greta García’s novel about a dancer imprisoned for terrorism. This is followed by the contemporary dance piece “Frágil” by the Canary Islands-based company Nómada, which explores the aging body and rebellion.
