Theatrical productions arrive in Corrientes and Valencia

Various theatrical productions are making their way to regional stages in Argentina and Spain. In Corrientes, Argentina, the psychological thriller “El cuarto de Verónica” is being presented. The play, directed by Adrián Lázare, is a cult classic that has seen success on Broadway and in over 150 countries. Argentina holds a record for the number of performances of this work, aiming to reach 1,000 shows by 2026.

In Valencia, Spain, the Teatre Martín i Soler at the Palau de les Arts is hosting “El Narciso en su opinión.” This production by the Institut Valencià de Cultura (IVC) marks a new provisional stage for the institution's own productions following the indefinite closure of the Teatre Principal due to security concerns. The play, written by Guillem de Castro and directed by Rebeca Valls, explores themes of ego, identity, and the masks individuals use to hide fear and truth.
