Theatrical productions scheduled for Frontzou Theater in Ioannina

Several theatrical productions are scheduled to take place at the Frontzou Theater in Ioannina.

On Thursday, August 27, the Dodecanian Stage will present the comedy ‘Zitita Psestis’ (Wanted: A Liar) by Dimitris Psathas. The production, directed by Dimitris Katsanos, is a political satire exploring themes of corruption and electoral promises. Admission to this performance is free.

On Saturday, August 29, the Lykovos Cultural Organization will present Euripides’ tragedy ‘Medea’. Directed by Nikita Milivojević and starring Karyofyllia Karampeti, the production offers a modern perspective on the ancient heroine. The performance features original music and dramaturgy by Dimitris Kamaroutos.
