Then Comes Silence gothic rock Requiem Ballroom Bye Bye Land new album release

Swedish gothic rock band Then Comes Silence has released ‘Bye Bye Land’, the third single from their upcoming eighth studio album, ‘Requiem Ballroom’. The album is scheduled for release on November 20, 2026, via Metropolis Records.

Written by singer and bassist Alex Svenson-Metés, ‘Bye Bye Land’ is described as a deeply personal track addressing mental health crises, loss, and the importance of finding hope during dark times. Svenson-Metés composed the song following a traumatic experience involving a close friend who faced a severe psychological crisis.

The album was recorded by Jörgen Wall at Kapsylen Studio in Stockholm and mixed by Tom van Heesch. The twelve-track record includes previous singles ‘Judgement Day’ and ‘Remaker Redeemer’. ‘Requiem Ballroom’ is available for pre-order in digital, CD, and vinyl formats.
