Theodoropoulos family denies allegations as Mazonakis case legal shifts occur

Gogo Theodoropoulou has publicly addressed allegations regarding her husband, Andreas Theodoropoulos, following the circulation of video footage on TikTok. In a television appearance, she denied claims of violence involving their children, stating that the footage does not reflect the truth. She asserted that she has video recordings on her mobile phone and footage from four different cameras that can verify the children's whereabouts during the period in question.

In a separate legal development related to the Mazonakis case, lawyers Nikos and Tellos Agapinos have announced their resignation from representing the female doctor accused in the death of Georgos Mazonakis. The lawyers stated that this decision is a procedural necessity due to the need for differentiated defenses for the two accused doctors. They will continue to represent the male defendant, Ilias Theodoropoulos.
