Thermal Grizzly launches PhaseSheet PTM Pro thermal pad

Thermal Grizzly has introduced the PhaseSheet PTM Pro, an upgraded phase-change thermal pad designed for CPUs and GPUs. The material remains a solid sheet at room temperature and begins to liquefy at temperatures above 45°C. This phase-change property is intended to reduce the pump-out effect caused by repeated heating and cooling cycles.

According to company testing, the new pad achieved a temperature delta of 5.83°C, outperforming the original PhaseSheet PTM, KryoSheet, and Kryonaut Extreme thermal paste. The material is electrically non-conductive, making it safe for use on bare-die applications.

The product features a redesigned carrier film intended to allow for cleaner removal from both sides, reducing the risk of tearing or damaging the material during installation. The PhaseSheet PTM Pro is available for approximately $23.28 or €19.90.
