Thermalright announces Peerless Assassin 120H-A Dark CPU cooler

Thermalright has announced the Peerless Assassin 120H-A Dark, a twin-tower CPU air cooler featuring a blacked-out aesthetic. The heatsink utilizes six 6mm copper heat pipes with a direct-touch design, which places the pipes in contact with the processor to reduce thermal interfaces.

The unit includes two 120mm TL-N12-R9 V2 fans capable of reaching speeds up to 2,400 RPM. These fans provide an airflow of 85.35 CFM and a static pressure of 2.95 mmH2O. The cooler measures 135mm in depth, 125mm in width, and 159mm in height, a dimension intended to maintain compatibility with many standard ATX cases.

Socket support includes Intel LGA1851, LGA1700, and LGA1200. While official pricing has not been confirmed, the product is expected to follow Thermalright’s aggressive pricing strategy, potentially retailing between €40 and €50.
