Thermo Systems hosts 2026 Project Management Symposium in Dallas

More than 100 members of the Thermo Systems team gathered in Dallas, Texas, for the 2026 Project Management Symposium. The event focused on the theme “Community: The Foundation of Project Success.”

Leadership sessions addressed project delivery, resource planning, safety, financial performance, and cross-departmental coordination. Rotational sessions allowed teams from sales, engineering, operations, finance, and project management to explore project reporting, financial forecasting, and process improvements to better anticipate challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
