Thessaloniki former police detention cells for sale

A former police facility in western Thessaloniki, located on the border of Kordelio and Evosmos, has been put up for sale for €180,000. The property consists of an entire floor exceeding 200 square meters.

Previously leased by the Hellenic Police, the space served as administrative offices and included detention cells for both men and women. The interior still retains its original features, such as narrow corridors, heavy iron doors, and metal bars.

An unnamed company has reportedly expressed interest in the property with plans to convert the space into smaller studio apartments, effectively repurposing the former detention area into residential housing.
