Thessaloniki hosts tribute concert for Thano Mikroutsiko

Tens of thousands of people gathered at Aristotelous Square for the Melodia Thessalonikis 98 event to honor the musical legacy of Thano Mikroutsiko. The concert featured performances by Giannis Kotsiras, Natassa Bofiliou, and Maria Papageorgiou.

Under the direction of conductor Thymios Papadopoulos, the artists performed iconic songs such as ‘Rosa’ and ‘Panta Gelastoi’. The event, held under the auspices of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, provided free admission to the public and served as a collective musical tribute to the composer's enduring impact on the Greek music scene.
