Thessaloniki police identify eight suspects in Rubikonas group company intervention

Greek authorities have identified eight individuals, aged 21 to 32, suspected of involvement in an intervention at a construction company in Diavata, Thessaloniki, attributed to the Rubikonas group. The incident occurred on the morning of October 14, 2026.

One suspect was arrested in central Thessaloniki on October 15. The identified individuals are accused of organized criminal activity, having allegedly assigned specific roles to one another to carry out the actions.

The formal charges include gang formation, illegal violence, conspiracy to threaten, breach of telecommunications privacy, defamation, disturbance of the peace, and violations of personal data protection laws. The arrested individual is scheduled to appear before a magistrate in Thessaloniki on Monday, October 19, to provide a statement.
