Thessaloniki road closures on Inner Ring Road

The Thessaloniki Traffic Police have announced significant traffic restrictions on the Eastern Inner Ring Road. The closure will affect both directions of travel between the K5 (Papageorgiou) and K6 (Meteora) interchanges.

The closure is scheduled to take place from 23:00 until 05:00 the following morning. For eastbound traffic, vehicles will be diverted via the Evkarpia exit and directed through the city center, specifically via Stratou Avenue. Westbound traffic will be diverted through the K6 interchange onto Andrea Papandreou Avenue and the urban road network.

Authorities have advised drivers to follow all informational signage and exercise caution to prevent accidents and congestion during this period.
