Thessaloniki to host major wine festivals in late 2026

Thessaloniki will host two significant wine events in late 2026. The ‘Thessaloniki Wine Selfie’ is scheduled for Sunday, September 27, and Monday, September 28, at Warehouse C in the Port of Thessaloniki. Produced by Wine Style, the event will feature approximately 250 labels from boutique and established wineries, with a special focus on the Moschofilero variety.

Additionally, the ‘Peloponnese Wine Festival – Thessaloniki Edition’ will take place on Monday, October 12, 2026, at the Makedonia Palace. Organized by Wine Plus on behalf of the Peloponnese Vineyard Winemakers Association, the festival will showcase 100 wines from 33 different wineries from the Peloponnese region. The selection includes white, rosé, and red wines featuring varieties such as Agiorgitiko, Moschofilero, Kydonitsa, Roditis, and Mavrodaphne.
