Thessaly Police Mobile Units' Summer Schedule Released

The General Regional Police Directorate of Thessaly announced the operating timetable for its Mobile Police Units in the Trikala and Karditsa districts from 27 July to 2 August 2026. Units will patrol mountainous and remote villages on both morning and evening shifts. In Trikala, patrols start on 27 July (08:00‑15:00) covering villages such as Αμπέλια, Κλεινός, Καλογριανή and continue daily with specified routes, ending with a weekend shift on 1 August (08:00‑14:00). In Karditsa, the first shift begins on 27 July (17:00‑00:00) covering Μελισσοχώρι, Δασοχώρι and others, with subsequent daily routes through villages like Κανάλια, Λουτρό and Μοσχάτο, concluding on 1 August (08:00‑13:00). The schedule aims to maintain public safety in these remote areas throughout the summer period.
